张盛达，博士，广东汕头人。自幼酷爱历史和地理，先后就读于华南师范大学历史文化学院和兰州大学西部环境与气候变化研究院，获得历史学学士和理学硕士学位。2019年2月毕业于香港大学地理系，获哲学博士学位；2019年6月至今进入百娘导航app官方入口 “统计学”博士后科研流动站、百娘导航app官方入口气候与环境变化研究中心担任博士后研究人员，合作导师为章典教授。曾参与国家自然科学基金3项，其中创新群体、青年科学基金和重点项目各1项；主持中国博士后科学基金1项。参与发表英文论文（SCI）8篇及中文论文（核心期刊）1篇，其中第一作者3篇。现主要从事中国历史时期气候-环境变化与战争的时空格局研究，通过运用多种数理统计和空间分析方法，定量地探索气候-环境以及其它因素与战争的时空关系。
